Quaker Steak & Lube® Launches Brand Into Tennessee with New Franchise Partner, Tri C, Inc.

Award-Winning Casual Dining Franchise to Open New Location This June in Sevierville 

April 06, 2015 // Franchising.com // SHARON, PA. - The Award-Winning casual-dining franchise Quaker Steak & Lube®, known for its Best Wings USA and more than 25 sauces, announced today it signed a franchise development agreement with Tri C, Inc. to launch the brand into the Tennessee market by developing a new restaurant in the Sevierville/Pigeon Forge area. The restaurant is the first Quaker Steak & Lube® location in Tennessee and will create close to 150 jobs for the area. The new Lube is located at 1431 Parkway and is scheduled to open in June.

Tri C, Inc., best known as the Collier Restaurant Group, was formed by Brent Collier, who brings nearly 50 years combined expertise in the tourism and restaurant industries. As the largest restaurant company in Sevier County, Collier’s daughters, Lori Collier and Elise Collier-Massey, manage the group’s restaurants.
