BAB Systems, Inc. Announces New Big Apple Bagels® Now Open

DEERFIELD, Ill. - May 08, 2015 - (BUSINESS WIRE) - BAB Systems, Inc., the franchising subsidiary of BAB, Inc. (OTCQB: BABB) Deerfield, IL – today announced the opening of its newest Big Apple Bagels, located in Henderson, Nevada, at 2548 Wigwam Parkway, #140. The franchisee, “S-N-G LLC” is owned by Wayne and Debbie Morgan, who also own the Teriyaki Madness® franchise next door to the new BAB store and are long-standing members of the Las Vegas metro area business community.

Big Apple Bagels® has amassed loyal customers nationwide for its fresh bagels and its unique My Favorite Muffin® cake-like muffins. No longer just a breakfast destination, the menu at the cozy and comfortable bakery café also includes house-made cream cheese spreads, a broad assortment of breakfast and lunch sandwiches, Brewster’s® specialty coffee, and a catering program for business and residential customers.

The next opening scheduled is a Big Apple Bagels in El Dorado Hills, California. The store is expected to open its doors in the latter part of June.
