Survey respondents rated 111 Limited-Service restaurants on 10 attributes including, food quality, value, cleanliness, service, menu variety, reputation, atmosphere, crave-ability, likelihood to recommend, and likelihood to return. Those ratings create an overall score, which is weighted by the importance customers place on each attribute.
