Tilted Kilt Pub & Eatery Brings its Celtic Style to New England

Nationwide Pub & Eatery to Introduce 9 New Pubs in Three Years

TEMPE, Ariz. - May 12, 2015 - (BUSINESS WIRE) - Authentic pub fare and craft beer with a side of sexy servers is growing their presence throughout New England. Tilted Kilt Pub & Eatery, a sports pub that pays homage to the old public houses of America, England, Scotland and Ireland, is pleased to announce the addition of nine new pubs in the region over the next three years. The new locations will join existing New England pubs in Wethersfield and Milford, Conn.

The new Tilted Kilt pubs will open under the leadership of Irish Assets, LLC led by Joseph Amodio, Tilted Kilt Area Developer and multi-unit franchisee. Already working toward the goal of nine new pubs by the end of 2017, Irish Assets has several pubs in different stages of development including one that will open in Billerica, Mass. in September 2015, and one that is slated to open in late fall by Fenway Park.

“With an intimate knowledge of both the Tilted Kilt brand and the landscape of the entertainment restaurant industry in New England, our development team is primed and poised to grow in the region,” said Amodio. “With open territories all over New England, we are chomping at the bit to find local community and business leaders to bring this growing entertainment restaurant to their part of the region that is densely populated with our ideal customer base.”

Targeted development areas throughout New England in which Amodio is actively seeking franchise partners include Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, Rhode Island and Vermont. Tilted Kilt is looking to debut pubs in Maine, Rhode Island, Vermont and Massachusetts while growing the pub and eatery’s presence in Connecticut. Key areas of growth in these states include Portland and Augusta, Maine, Providence, RI, Springfield, Mass., and West Hartford, Danbury and Stamford, Conn.

“As one of the nation’s most economically developed and densely populated areas, New England is an exciting development region for Tilted Kilt. The market is closely associated with championship-caliber professional sports teams, and Tilted Kilt is prepared to become the best place to watch any team play while enjoying an incredible atmosphere and a cold beer,” said Mark Hanby, Vice President of Franchise Development. “I am confident in Joe’s ability to grow the Tilted Kilt brand, expanding our footprint throughout key markets in all of New England.

With more than 100 locations open across the United States and Canada, the Tilted Kilt boasts sexy servers, classic Celtic décor, traditional pub fare and sports all under one roof. The architectural features at every location remind guests they are in a classy establishment. Dark mahogany wood fills the bar and the stained glass doors and wainscoting add to the charm. Combined with pool tables, dart boards and large plasma TVs, Tilted Kilt is the best place to watch sports and hang out with friends. Humorous and slightly bawdy limericks are even seen throughout the pub, creating an atmosphere that is fun and entertaining.
