Repower by Solar Universe Names Mahesh Mansukhani CEO

Livermore, California (PRWEB) May 20, 2015 - REPOWER by Solar Universeone of the largest solar companies in the U.S., today announced that Mahesh Mansukhani has been named chief executive officer. Company founder, Joe Bono, who previously held the role, will remain with REPOWER on the Board of Directors and in a consultative role.

“These past eight years have been an incredible journey and we have built a compelling solar platform that is ideally positioned for continued growth,” said Joe Bono. “It is clearly time to pass the baton and bring in someone with Mahesh’s proven track record to lead and scale the company, build a world-class team, and continue to expand our product offering.”

Mansukhani, who has more than 20 years experience leading and growing international businesses, was most recently CEO of sBioMed, in Orem, Utah. Additionally he was President at Ossur for five years and prior to this, led the Tyvek® business unit at DuPont. Mansukhani earned an MBA degree from Yale University, School of Management, completed Doctoral research at Warwick Business School, and has an MA degree in Multinational Accounting and Finance from the University of Reading in the United Kingdom.
