Right at Home Announces Expanded Partnership with Institute for Professional Care Education®

Right at Home announces an expanded partnership with the Institute for Professional Care Education (IPCed®) that will provide all franchise owners access to over 500 nationally recognized certification and training programs.

Omaha, Nebraska (PRWEB) June 19, 2015 - Right at Home has long been a leader in the home care industry with over 450 locations in the U.S. and abroad. Right at Home has become a leader in home care by providing its franchise owners the tools, support and training programs to provide the highest-quality care to the clients they serve.

Right at Home has been seeking a comprehensive partnership to provide state-specific, required training; approved continuing education; and more professional development opportunities to all its franchisees and their employees. Right at Home has partnered with IPCed to make training available to its franchise owners because it shares a passion to help nurture in-home providers to be the best they can be. This additional training will help to strengthen caregivers by supplying them an opportunity to enhance their skills, which ultimately benefits Right at Home’s clients.

In addition to the IPCed training library, franchisees will be able to access IPCed’s exclusive certificate programs, providing their caregivers with professional development opportunities as well as position them for career advancement.

“We couldn’t be more pleased with this expanded relationship,” says Sharon K. Brothers, MSW, CEO of IPCed. “Right at Home corporate has invested in our online training program on behalf of all their franchisees and caregivers. Their franchisees will now have access to the largest online caregiver training library for home care companies in the U.S. delivered through IPCed’s best-in-class Learning Management System.”

“We’re using IPCed’s training programs to ensure that our franchisees have the tools to offer the highest-quality care and client satisfaction,” says Michelle Koester, Right at Home’s Director of Organizational Learning. “And, we’re using IPCed’s training throughout the franchise so all our caregivers have the skills they need to provide the outstanding care our clients have come to expect. Quality matters and we’re looking to maintain Right at Home’s status as the first-choice provider in the U.S. and abroad.”
