Muscle Maker Grill Announces the Hiring of Director of West Coast Franchise Development

IRVINE, Calif. - June 25, 2015 - (BUSINESS WIRE) - Muscle Maker Grill, an affiliate company of American Restaurant Holdings, Inc. (OTC: ARHI) (the “Company”), is pleased to announce that Joe Jaeger has joined its management team as Director of West Coast Franchise Development. Joe has over 30 years of food service and franchise experience at companies such as Taco Bell Corp. and PepsiCo. While at Taco Bell, Mr. Jaeger was Director of Franchising and a Senior Business Planner. He recruited and negotiated the sale of 75 company-owned restaurants to new and existing franchisees. His responsibilities included US real estate site selection, zoning, local compliance and escrow activities required to close on new and resale deals. While at PepsiCo, Mr. Jaeger served as VP of Distribution for its Taco Bell unit.
