Always Best Care Unveils Several New Software Updates and Enhancements at 4th International Conference

With nearly 200 franchisees, area representatives, vendors and employees gathered at this year’s Conference, the senior care company introduced several new technology software improvements to its Universe system designed to strengthen the user experience for its franchisees.

Following is a summary of the software updates and enhancement introduced at this year’s Conference:

WalkMe – a comprehensive and innovative support platform to guide users through ABC Universe.

Walk-Thrus – a series of interactive tip-balloons overlaid onto the computer screen helping to guide users in real time. These allow users to receive help while on the site.

Learning Management System (LMS)/Backend Updates – courses have been converted to html5 allowing users to utilize the mobile responsive feature that is built in to the user interface. Phase 2 LMS enhancements, expected to be completed by July 2015, include:

  • The ability to create and launch e-polls within LMS
  • Classroom style training
  • Discussion boards
  • The ability to create surveys

Web Builder – franchisees can now update the main page of their websites without having to contact corporate. This includes the ability to: edit content, update contact information, update areas served/services offered; change images; updload video’s; and link to social media.

Digital Library Thumbnails – thumbnails have been added to the marketing folders in the digital library so that franchisees can easily refer to them without having to open or download the files first.
