PigOut Cater­ing Reveals U.S. Fran­chise Growth Plans

With a strik­ing pig roaster as the cen­tral focal point to the fine-dining events it caters, Pig Out has set its sights on the United States to expand the impres­sive con­cept even fur­ther. Orig­i­nat­ing in St. Catharine’s, Ontario, the cater­ing brand ini­tially began its growth locally in Canada, and now has launched a strate­gic fran­chis­ing plan to pen­e­trate the mas­sive U.S. event cater­ing market.

Poised at the onset of fran­chis­ing to tar­get lucra­tive mar­kets in Texas and Florida with its one-of-a-kind look, taste and feel, PigOut’s momen­tum since launch­ing eight years ago has ignited the brand’s growth strat­egy. Cur­rently, there are seven sought-after mobile unit licensed oper­a­tors through­out Canada who are grow­ing their rev­enues by double-digit per­cent­age points annu­ally – some at a rate of 40 percent.

To tout these unique ser­vice and per­for­mance dif­fer­en­tia­tors, the brand recently made its Amer­i­can debut at the Texas Restau­rant Association’s Mar­ket­place show in Dal­las this past June, bring­ing its sig­na­ture WOW fac­tor to the heav­ily traf­ficked gathering.
