Waxing Franchise LunchBOX (A WAXING SALON) to Open in West Hollywood, Costa Mesa and San Diego, California

Chic, culture-driven franchise secures leases and plans salon openings in high-end Southern California locations. In addition to Los Angeles, Costa Mesa and San Diego, LunchBOX also will open in Dublin, California, on July 31 and has another salon in the buildout phase in Elk Grove, California.

Los Angeles, California (PRWEB) July 15, 2015 - LunchBOX (A WAXING SALON), a wax-only franchise known for its emotive brand that happily encourages all to “Bare Your Beauty,” announced today its three Southern California franchisee teams all have signed commercial lease agreements and soon will begin construction on salons in West Hollywood, Costa Mesa and San Diego.

Brooke and Frank Leal signed a commercial lease in West Hollywood for a four-suite, 1,100 square foot space (311 1/2 South Sweetzer Avenue, Los Angeles, CA 90048). This is the first of eight locations the Leals will open in Los Angeles County.

Angela Mabon signed a commercial lease in the Costa Mesa/Newport Beach area for a four-suite, 1,154 square foot space (435 E. 17th Street, Suite 2, Costa Mesa, CA 92627) in one of the most successful retail corridors in Orange County. This is the first of 10 salons Mabon will open in Orange County, Riverside County and San Bernadino County.

Jaime Gardner and Ryan Ley signed a commercial lease in San Diego for a four-suite, 1,500 square foot space in The Hub Hillcrest Market (1040 University Avenue, Suite 207, San Diego, CA 92103). This is the first of six salons that Gardner and Ley will open in the greater San Diego area. The franchise team also has an area development agreement to open five salons in Nevada, including the Las Vegas metropolitan area.

“We’re as intentional about the locations we choose for LunchBOX salons as we are the teams we build, the products and salons we design, and the franchisees we bring on board to grow our business and support our culture of community empowerment,” LunchBOX Founder + CEO Debi Lane said. “As body waxing continues to appeal to a broader demographic, including men, LunchBOX is well positioned in the market to cater to men and women who are mindful about the places they go and the people they choose for personal services.”

In addition to southern California areas, LunchBOX also opens in Dublin, California, on July 31 and has another salon in the buildout phase in Elk Grove, California. Other states with operating salons or agreements signed include Arizona, Colorado, Florida, Idaho, Nevada, New Jersey, Oregon, Texas, Utah and Puerto Rico.

From Jan. 1, 2014, to Dec. 31, 2014, annual gross revenue for the corporate store in Boise, Idaho, was $478,415. The company’s flagship salon operates as a Two-Suite Boutique Box. Most franchises sold will feature a Four-Suite Complete Box configuration. For more on LunchBOX services, products and locations, visit http://www.lunchboxwax.com.
