Steamatic, Inc. Announces New Franchise

July 29, 2015 // Franchising.com // Fort Worth, TX - Steamatic, Inc., an international leader in restoration and cleaning services, is excited to announce the sale of a new franchise in McAllen, Texas. The new location, Steamatic Rio Grande Valley, will cover Hidalgo and Starr counties.

The new owner, Cipriano Martinez, has owned LongMart Construction for the past 10 years. His new Steamatic restoration and cleaning services will complement his existing construction business. As a resident of McAllen for over 20 years, he has built solid relationships with many insurance professionals in the Rio Grande Valley, and is ready to get started helping the community with their restoration and cleaning needs. Martinez considered opening as an independent restoration company, but ultimately decided that aligning with a national brand like Steamatic would help him build his business.

Martinez is joined in the business by his wife, Irais Longoria, who will function as office manager while Martinez focuses on business development. Martinez and Longoria just completed two-week Steamatic University training at the corporate offices in Fort Worth, Texas.

“It’s a dream come true to join Steamatic – the training was amazing, and we’re ready to get to work and start growing our company,” said Martinez. “The team at Steamatic Corporate has been very supportive and we know that everyone is very committed to our success,” added Longoria.
