Church’s Chicken® Opens New Restaurant in Gulfport, MS

First of three new restaurants expected by 2017

GULFPORT, Miss. - August 04, 2015 - (BUSINESS WIRE) - Church’s Chicken has announced the opening of its newest restaurant in Gulfport, Mississippi. The new restaurant, operated by the CRW, LLC franchise group, is located at 11487 US 49 and serves as the third Church’s Chicken within the Gulfport community. The three-store development agreement includes the opening of two additional restaurants in the Biloxi-Gulfport area by 2017.

CRW, LLC is led by Dr. Roy Irons, Worth Thomas and Carolyn Washington. Dr. Irons operates a successful dental practice in Gulfport and serves on several local, state, and national committees. Dr. Irons is well recognized for not only his work, but for actively giving back to the community that he serves. Ms. Washington brings a wealth of knowledge as an experienced manager. Mr. Thomas, a longtime resident of Mississippi who serves on several mission boards, brings experience serving clients at state and national levels as a lobbyist. Each member of the franchise group possesses attributes that will benefit the restaurants and future expansion within the market.
