9Round Nabs First Time Spot on Inc. 5000 List of America's Fastest-Growing Private Companies

August 21, 2015 // Franchising.com // GREENVILLE, SC – 9Round, a rapidly expanding chain of kickboxing gym franchises with nearly 250 clubs in 38 states and five countries, has been named to the 2015 Inc. 5000, an exclusive ranking of the nation’s fastest-growing private companies. Ranking No. 471 based on an astonishing three-year growth rate of 988 percent, this year’s inclusion marks the first time 9Round has been named to the prestigious list.

9Round was also recognized as the No.6 fastest growing private-held company in South Carolina.

9Round’s inaugural appearance on the list follows a phenomenal year of growth that saw the opening of 84 new clubs in 2014, including the company’s first Canadian location. The company also signed international agreements for nearly 300 additional locations throughout Australia, Mexico and the Middle East.

The burgeoning brand is on pace to surpass last year’s success, having already opened 62 new clubs since the beginning of this year, including its first locations in Australia, Mexico and Saudi Arabia. Company plans call for having a total of 1,000 locations by 2018.
