World’s Largest Hooters Celebrates Grand Opening at Palms Casino Resort

Las Vegas welcomes premier Hooters location beside the luxe Palms Pool

September 15, 2015 // Franchising.com // Atlanta, GA - Hooters today announced its largest location worldwide is open at Palms Casino Resort in Las Vegas. The record-breaking, two-story, 15,200 square foot space seats more than 400 guests. Hooters and Palms celebrated the grand opening yesterday with a ceremonial ribbon cutting and VIP event.

“Vegas is the perfect setting for the largest Hooters location in the world. Now Hooters fans can enjoy our world-famous chicken wings within steps of the action at Palms Pool,” said Mark Whittle, senior vice president of global development, Hooters of America. “The energy at Palms Casino Resort matches perfectly with the beach oasis atmosphere for which Hooters is well-known around the globe.”

At the private grand opening event, guests took in the first Monday Night Football games of the season, mingled with the world-famous Hooters girls, and sampled Hooters’ signature cocktails and dishes including sliders, quesadillas and Hooters’ mouthwatering traditional and boneless chicken wings. Additionally, pro BMX riders, Ricardo Laguna and TJ Lavin, stopped by to celebrate the opening.

“As the Entertainment Capital, Las Vegas is no stranger to iconic restaurants and we’re thrilled that Hooters is joining these ranks at Palms,” said Palms President and CEO Todd Greenberg. “The delicious Hooters menu contributes to Palms’ diverse array of dining venues.”

Hooters at Palms features the latest contemporary comfort design elements that match the fun-loving persona of the Hooters brand. From a tremendous bar experience and comfortable booths and high back chairs, to sleek finishes and top-of-the-line AV packages with nearly 50 TVs, the modern aesthetics are designed to provide an incredible Hooters dining experience from the moment guests walk through the doors. Plus, there’s twelve video poker machines available for Hooters customers who want to play a few rounds while devouring world-famous chicken wings. The new Hooters location gives yet another reason to get an early start to the weekend with Palms’ famed “Ditch Fridays” pool parties.

“We’ve really upped the ante for Hooters with this latest location at Palms Casino,” said Kim Tyler, Hooters at Palms franchisee and partner of Tyler NV, LLC. “We’re thrilled our beautiful, iconic Hooters Girls are now welcoming guests at the world’s largest location.”

At the new location, guests can enjoy Hooters craveable menu options, including fresh entrée salads, a great lineup of hand-formed burgers, fan-favorite fried pickles and delicious seafood dishes, as well as an impressive raw bar. Of course, Hooters at Palms will serve its world-famous traditional and boneless chicken wings with Buffalo sauce favorites, ranging in heat from mild to 911, as well as signature sauces and rubs. Both the centrally located restaurant and poolside bar areas will offer a wide selection of cocktails, craft beers and wine options.

Hooters is accelerating its growth of new restaurants and is actively seeking qualified franchise partners to open new locations in select markets across the U.S. and around the globe. For more information about becoming a Hooters franchisee, visit http://franchising.hooters.com.
