Arby’s Welcomes Jalapeños, Bacon And Flatbread To The 13-Hour Smokehouse Brisket Family

October 05, 2015 // Franchising.com // ATLANTA – Arby’s has enhanced its popular Smokehouse platform once again. The brand that last year set a Guinness World Record with a 13-hour commercial to prove its brisket is actually smoked for 13-hours, has added the Spicy Jalapeño Brisket Sandwich and the Brisket Bacon Flatbread to its menu in restaurants nationwide.

The Spicy Jalapeno Brisket and Brisket Bacon Flatbread join the Smokehouse Brisket sandwich on Arby’s menu, which became a full-time menu item after being the most successful product launch in Arby’s history. All three sandwiches feature Arby’s Smokehouse Brisket, which is hickory-smoked in Texas for at least 13 hours.

The new Smokehouse Brisket lineup includes:

  • New! Spicy Jalapeño Brisket Sandwich: Sliced 13-hour smoked beef brisket with melted cheddar cheese, diced jalapeños, crispy onions and chipotle BBQ sauce on a toasted specialty bun
  • New! Brisket Bacon Flatbread: Sliced 13-hour smoked beef brisket with melted cheddar cheese, pepper bacon, smoky BBQ sauce, lettuce, tomato and mayo on a warm, fluffy flatbread
  • Smokehouse Brisket: Sliced 13-hour smoked beef brisket, melted smoked Gouda cheese, crispy onions and smoky BBQ sauce and mayo, served on a toasted specialty bun
