Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Expands its Midwest Footprint with First Nebraska Brokerage

October 06, 2015 // Franchising.com // OMAHA, Neb. and MADISON, N.J. - Better Homes and Gardens® Real Estate announced today the addition of its first Nebraska-based real estate affiliate, Gold Coast Real Estate, to its franchise network. The newly named Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Integrity, led by broker/owner Tom Simmons, will continue to serve greater Omaha and its surrounding communities.

“Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate is excited to enhance our presence in the Midwest as we enter Nebraska,” said Sherry Chris, president and CEO, Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate LLC. “With an influx of suburbanites to the Omaha city center, as well as robust construction opportunities in outlying communities, our newest affiliate is poised for strategic growth. Most importantly, Tom Simmons and his team specifically focus on the client’s entire home buying experience, which largely draws on lifestyle considerations and aligns perfectly with our core values.”

A Nebraska native for nearly 30 years, Simmons is committed to changing the way Omaha views the business of real estate. Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Integrity upholds an intimate office space that helps it cater to each client’s specific needs. The new national brand affiliation will enable the firm to be a better version of itself, and connect best with its wide array of clients.

“Our focus is far beyond just capturing the listing. Instead, we strive to provide a comprehensive and individualized client experience for every person who walks through the door, and Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate’s lifestyle platform will allow us to expand on that,” said Simmons. “As our new name suggests, we maintain a strong integrity and reputation for an exceptional level of service. Our team is eager to leverage the many marketing and technological resources that will now be available to them as part of this iconic, trusted brand.”

Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Integrity’s handpicked real estate professionals are all extremely familiar with the Omaha metropolitan area and neighboring regions. To ensure clients can expect a high level of customer service, the firm focuses on the reputation, values and local knowledge of each member of the company’s close-knit group.
