Johnny Rockets Opens New Restaurant In Nicosia, Cyprus

November 12, 2015 // Franchising.com // Aliso Viejo, Calif. – Johnny Rockets welcomes the community to its new restaurant at Doga Park AVM shopping mall, located in Nicosia, Cyprus. Johnny Rockets is known for its world famous fresh, cooked-to-order burgers, sandwiches, salads and hand-spun shakes.

“We are excited to bring the all-American dining experience that Johnny Rockets offers to Nicosia,” said Daghan Akari, franchise owner of the Nicosia Johnny Rockets. “There is currently no full-service, dine-in restaurant offering American fare in our country and residents are craving Johnny Rockets’ burgers, shakes and crispy fries, along with our fun atmosphere and friendly service.”

In addition to the traditional Johnny Rockets menu, the Nicosia location will offer special menu items including new Steak Burgers and traditional wrap options based on Johnny Rockets’ flavors.

The Nicosia Johnny Rockets will serve as the flagship restaurant, as Akari plans to open three additional Johnny Rockets in Cyprus over the next two years and recently became the new owner of the Johnny Rockets in Famagusta. The Nicosia Johnny Rockets is approximately 4,300 sq. ft. and has 56 employees.
