SPOKANE, Wash. - Nov. 16, 2015 // GLOBE NEWSWIRE // - RLHC (Red Lion Hotels Corporation) (NYSE:RLH) announced today it will open a 516-room Red Lion Hotel in Kissimmee, located near the Walt Disney World® Resort, after signing a franchise license agreement with the owners of a resort and spa there.

"Given the success RLHC has had with its Anaheim Red Lion Hotel, we believe our Orlando property will be the perfect East Coast counterpart for guests," said Jeff Carter of Carter Hospitality Group, LLC., whose affiliate owns the property. "We are excited to rebrand to the Red Lion name in time to meet holiday demand."

Expected to open in December, the Red Lion Hotel Orlando - Kissimmee Maingate is located at 7300 W Irlo Bronson Memorial Hwy.
