National, Award-Winning Staffing Franchise Expands Into King Of Prussia, Penn.

The company is located at 901 East 8th Avenue in King of Prussia. The staffing agency will help serve the area’s staffing needs in the rapidly growing clinical research, administrative and information technology industries, in addition to numerous other industries.

Jackson comes to @Work Group with more than fifteen years of staffing and human resources management experience, most recently as the executive director of global human resources for PRA International’s Strategic Services Division (formerly ReSearch Pharmaceutical Services, Inc. (RPS)) based in Fort Washington, Penn. While at PRA/RPS, Jackson not only developed an onboarding process to increase efficiency for the 4,000+ employees, but he also implemented practices that achieved an industry leading turnover rate of less than ten percent. Jackson also managed a global human resources team that supported the company in over 65 countries. During his time at RPS, he was recognized with the President’s Award, Beacon Award, Mentor Award, and a Service Award.

Seeking entrepreneurship, Jackson discovered @Work Group after thoroughly researching business and franchise opportunities. With the new King of Prussia location, Jackson aims to help area businesses grow through innovative solutions. @Work’s King of Prussia will host a grand opening in March and will provide the company’s signature personnel service in order to supply area companies with temporary, temp-to-hire, payroll and full-time placement services.
