Opening of Hampton Inn by Hilton and Home2 Suites by Hilton Gives Business and Leisure Travelers Lodging Options

April 12, 2016 // Franchising.com // LOUISVILLE, Ken. and MCLEAN, Va. – Hilton Worldwide (NYSE: HLT) today announced the opening of its newest hotel, the dual-branded Hampton Inn by Hilton Louisville East/Hurtsbourne and Home2 Suites by Hilton Louisville East/Hurtsbourne bringing a total of 160 new rooms to the city of Louisville. Both properties are owned and operated by Kana Hotel Group.

Both properties are located at 1150 Forest Bridge Road with convenient access to the University of Louisville, Louisville International Airport and a short drive to the city’s downtown area. Additionally, guests can venture out into the city and visit the Kentucky Science Center, Frazier History Museum and the Louisville Waterfront Park.

The dual-brand concept creates enhanced and larger communal areas than what would be standard at a stand-alone property, benefitting both business and leisure travelers.  The hotel has two distinct lobbies and dining areas – each catering to the needs of their respective guests. Within the Hampton by Hilton lobby guests can find the Suite Shop, a food and beverage shop filled with snacks, toiletries, local merchandise and drinks for purchase.

Hampton Inn by Hilton Louisville East/Hurtsbourne provides guests a fresh start to each day with On the House hot breakfast which includes eggs, oatmeal and waffles.
