milliCare Kicks Off Second Annual Month of Care

This August, milliCare will donate $1 for every chair cleaned to benefit foster care.

SPARTANBURG, SC (PRWEB) July 18, 2016 - Commercial floor and textile experts, milliCare, kicks off the milliCare Month of Care CHAIRity program. This August, milliCare franchises across the country will donate $1 for each chair cleaned to Together We Rise, an organization supporting foster children and their families.

In 2015, milliCare’s Month of Care was a resounding success with over $32,000 raised for foster children in need. This year, milliCare is determined to spread awareness of the program and surpass last year’s donation. Because milliCare values community and charity involvement, they are ecstatic to be working with Together We Rise once again this year.

“milliCare’s franchise network feels like family. Our franchisees are incredibly motivated and their technicians and team members truly care about community,” says milliCare Director of Franchise Network, Scott Hunter. “We are thrilled to once again be partnering with Together We Rise for milliCare’s Month of Care CHAIRity campaign. We constantly strive to give back to our communities and this partnership feels like a very natural extension of that principle.”

Together We Rise works with hundreds of foster agencies and major corporations to help make a difference in the lives of foster children across the country. The foundation raises funds and awareness for foster care and gives children a sense of normalcy through situations of great transition in their lives. They have helped more than 10,000 foster youth across the country by providing new bicycles, college supplies and suitcases to brighten their lives and assist in their transition to a new home.

“We are excited to partner with milliCare again this year for their Month of Care campaign. The program last year was very successful and helped foster children across the country,” says Together We Rise Founder, Danny Mendoza. “We appreciate milliCare’s support for thousands of kids who are so often neglected or forgotten by the public.”
