Currently slated to open in mid-October of 2016, the shop will be located on the southeast corner of 72nd and Giles at 8350 S. 71st Plaza in Papillion. The widely acclaimed neighborhood hangout will feature its toasty warm sandwiches, hand-dipped milkshakes and live, local music.
Potbelly shops have earned a reputation in communities coast-to-coast, for having delicious food, fun décor and fresh tunes. Craig Frantz, the managing owner of the new sandwich shop, is a Nebraska native with close community connections and an extensive background in business management and operations.

Craig will run the business with his brother and business partner Kendall Frantz. Kendall will help manage the restaurant’s operations, focusing on hiring and training new staff, and working to develop the unique Potbelly culture.

The newest Frantz’s Potbelly Sandwich Shop will hire about 30 staff members, including customer service staff and managers. The restaurant’s operation and delivery hours will be announced at a later date.
