Board Declares a Third Quarter 2016 Dividend of $0.92 Per Share of Common Stock

GLENDALE, Calif. - July 28, 2016 // PRNewswire // - DineEquity, Inc. (NYSE: DIN), the parent company of Applebee's Neighborhood Grill & Bar® and IHOP® restaurants, today announced that its Board of Directors declared a third quarter cash dividend of $0.92 per share of common stock.  The dividend will be payable on October 7, 2016 to the Company's stockholders of record at the close of business on September 16, 2016.
