Award-Winning Sandwich Shop Celebrates Lincoln Opening With Free Bobbie’s For A Year
August 11, 2016 // Franchising.com // LAS VEGAS – Capriotti’s Sandwich Shop opened its second Nebraska location in the heart of Downtown Lincoln on August 3. To celebrate the newest restaurant, Capriotti’s will be giving the first 100 guests in line free 9” Bobbie sandwiches for a year on August 27.
The new restaurant will be the second Capriotti’s location for franchisee Corey Tallman. He was familiarized with the brand while pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Information Security in Phoenix, AZ. After one visit, Corey fell in love with the shop’s fresh, delicious subs. After returning to his home state of Nebraska, he knew he wanted to own his own business. While doing research, he couldn’t help but think back to his time in Arizona and Capriotti’s. He made the decision to bring Capriotti’s and its award-winning sandwiches to Lincoln. He opened his first restaurant in August 2015, and has plans to open one more location in the market.
With more than 100 locations across the United States, Capriotti’s is committed to creating mouthwatering, homemade subs and sandwiches made with the freshest ingredients for an unsurpassed taste. Capriotti’s continues its 40-year nightly tradition of slow-roasting whole all-natural turkeys in-house and hand shredding them every morning to feature in a variety of their fan-favorite subs.
