BOSTON, Aug. 22, 2016 // GLOBE NEWSWIRE // - Così, Inc. (NASDAQ:COSI), the fast casual restaurant company, today announced that its franchisee, Purdue University, opened a new Cosi® restaurant on its campus in West Lafayette, IN. This newest Cosi®restaurant will celebrate its grand opening on Monday, August 22.
