Oxi Fresh Carpet Cleaning Continues Cleveland Expansion

September 06, 2016 // Franchising.com // LAKEWOOD, Colo. – Oxi Fresh Carpet Cleaning, one of the nation’s greenest and most environmentally-friendly carpet cleaning franchises with nearly 300 locations in 45 states, has opened yet another location in the Cleveland Metro Area.

Known for its green, oxygen-powered carpet cleaning system – which uses about 5% of the water other carpet cleaners use. Company plans call for adding 5-6 more territories within the next few years.

“At Oxi Fresh, we believe cleanliness starts from the ground up. Nothing puts that special sparkle back into your home’s appearance like clean carpets and flooring. Making your house shine is precisely what we set out to do with every carpet cleaning job we take on,” said Joe Gardner, who has teamed up with his son to open the Cleveland location. “And with Oxi Fresh, your home or office’s interior will take on a new light.”

Prior to opening his Oxi Fresh franchise, Gardner worked at Energizer in Westlake for 28 years, most recently serving as the Director of New Product Development and Technology. Tired of his heavy travel schedule, Gardner wanted to integrate more family time into his business regimen. With Gardner’s extensive engineering and leadership background and his son as the Lead Technician, this father-son duo is ready to take on Cleveland.

“Cleveland is among a slew of mid-sized, Midwest cities experiencing a renaissance, both residentially and commercially,” Gardner said. “Our goal is to become the city’s go-to for the greenest, most efficient carpet cleaning results.”

Created in 2006, Oxi Fresh has anchored itself at the forefront of the carpet cleaning industry with its environmentally friendly cleaning methods. Using the power of oxygen to provide natural carpet cleaning services, Oxi Fresh’s products create a powerful oxygenated system that leaves no sticky residue and is safe for children and pets. What’s more, Oxi Fresh’s cleaning method only requires two gallons of water per home – as opposed to the 40-50 gallons that other carpet cleaners use – and enables carpets to dry in one hour, far less than the standard 24 or more hours that other methods require.

In addition to carpet cleaning, Oxi Fresh of Cleveland provides services for rugs, upholstery, and tile and grout.
