CKO Kickboxing Set to Open First Gym in Miami/Brickell

MIAMI - Sept. 27, 2016 // PRNewswire // - CKO Kickboxing, one of the fastest growing health fitness franchises, soon will open its first fitness kickboxing gym in Miami/Brickell. The high quality, cross-training gym is in pre-sale mode and will offer special discounts to new members during the soft launch opening. The gym will hold kickboxing classes soon. The gym is located at 151 SW 7th Street, Miami, Florida 33130. On one of the best blocks in all of Brickell, CKO Miami/Brickell will soon offer a high intensity workout.

The family friendly gym offers Brickell residents an alternative to Pilates, yoga, martial arts and spinning classes. Kickboxing has many health benefits including improving heart function, burning calories, and a total lower and upper body workout.

The 4,200 square-foot gym features 70 heavy bags. It is open seven days a week. CKO Kickboxing Miami/Brickell posts itskickboxing classes online. Hour long classes run from 6 a.m. to 9 p.m. so commuters can work out before or after work. The gym is owned by franchisee Fernando and Angela Andrade.

In 2014 they decided to move to Miami.
