Always Best Care Announces New Owner Of Vacaville, California Territory

The new business is owned and operated by local resident Rebecca Smith.

In addition, Smith has organized a 7-member team that will be participating in the Association's Walk to End Alzheimer's on Saturday, Oct. 22 in Suisun City.
