Home Care Assistance of St. Louis Welcomes Mike Roberts as Director of Client Services

Mike Roberts joins Home Care Assistance as Director of Client Services to meet the growing needs of clients in the St. Louis area

November 16, 2016 // Franchising.com // St Louis, MO – Home Care Assistance of St. Louis (HCA), a leading provider of home care for seniors, has brought on Mike Roberts as Director of Client Services to its team. Mike will play an important role in growing key partnerships with healthcare and senior care professionals in the St. Louis metropolitan area, furthering the mission of Home Care Assistance - changing the way the world ages. In his new role, Roberts will help an outstanding team of caregivers bring initiatives like the Cognitive Therapeutics Method and the Balanced Care Method™ into clients’ homes with the compassion and professionalism that have become HCA’s trademark. Mike joins Carrie Burggraf, MS PA-C and Jennifer Lau, MA MHA, as Director of Client Services.

“I spent several years as a hospice volunteer and have had that experience in my own life so I understand the gift of being cared for in the home when it’s possible. I’m grateful to be part of a team that provides such high quality care, for all of the reasons one might need it, in the most difficult times in their lives,” says Roberts.

Many Home Care Assistance clients may already be familiar with Mike from his prior role as a meteorologist at KSDK-TV for nearly 20 years. He is a multiple Emmy winner and nominee. Mike has also been an adjunct faculty member at St. Louis University in the Department of Earth and Atmospheric Sciences since 2004. He has a B.A. in Broadcast Journalism from Central Michigan University and a B.S. in Atmospheric Sciences (Meteorology) from Creighton University.
