Jersey Mike's Subs Opens First Hillsboro Location

Franchise owner Zack Heikkala held a grand opening and free sub fundraiser from Wednesday, March 29 to Sunday, April 2 to support Hillsboro Schools Foundation.

The new restaurant, located at 4544 N. East Cornell Rd., circulated 10,000 coupons throughout the community offering a free regular sub for a minimum $2 contribution to Hillsboro Schools Foundation.

“We are excited to become a part of the Hillsboro community and begin our relationship with the local schools during our grand opening fundraiser,” said Heikkala. “Everyone here has been so welcoming to us and we are excited to build and grow alongside such a great community."
