JDog Junk Removal & Hauling Establishes Ambassador Program to Reach More U.S. Military Veterans

National Franchise Strengthens Network to Increase Veteran Employment Nationwide

BERWYN, Pa. - April 20, 2017 - (BUSINESS WIRE) - JDog Junk Removal & Hauling, a national franchise organization dedicated to providing business ownership opportunities to veterans and relatives of veterans, announced the formation of JDog Ambassadors, a team of war heroes and high-level civilians that will act as brand advocates for the fast-growing franchise company.

The Ambassador team includes Lieutenant Colonel Justin Constantine, USMC (Ret). Constantine runs his own business as an inspirational speaker, is a Senior Advisor for the U.S. Chamber of Commerce Foundation in connection with its Hiring Our Heroes campaign, and also serves on the Board of Directors of PsychArmor, the Wounded Warrior Project, Give an Hour and SemperMax.

“JDog is uniquely positioned to empower veterans to become entrepreneurs and be involved with their communities,” said Constantine. “I am excited to support the JDog mission and serve as a brand voice for the entrepreneurial opportunity it offers.”

Ralph Galati and Alex Archawski will also join the JDog Ambassador team. Galati served eight years active duty with the Air Force, and received several military accolades, before spending nearly 30 years with IBM Corporate. He currently works as the Director of the Office of Veteran’s Affairs at St. Joseph’s University. Archawski, a military veteran, social entrepreneur and sales trainer with Sales Evolution, is the founder of the Greater Philadelphia Veterans Network (GPVN). The GPVN offers empowerment tools for veterans seeking employment, leadership skills and entrepreneurial success.

“The JDog Ambassadors will help us reach our goal of decreasing veteran unemployment to below 1 percent over the next 10 years by helping us reach more veterans and families of veterans who are looking for another way to serve their community,” said Jerry Flanagan, Founder and CEO of JDog.

JDog franchisees operate easily recognizable, camouflage vehicles and trailers, and recycles or repurposes a substantial amount of the collected material. The Philadelphia-based company works closely with local and national organizations such as Habitat for Humanity, and local schools, churches and hospitals to donate useful items to those in need.
