Executive Care Partners with Lyft to Ease Patient Transportation

According to Executive Care co-founder and CEO Lenny Verkhoglaz, the partnership will arrange for quick, safe rides to virtually anywhere the company’s clients and caregivers need to go.

“Research suggests an estimated 3.6 million Americans miss a minimum of one healthcare appointment due to transportation issues each year, a complication that ultimately could have serious consequences for patients,” Verkhoglaz said. “Working with Lyft, we’re providing our clients with easier access to healthcare and, as a result, helping them live healthier lives.”

Under the new partnership, clients can request a ride any time, simply by calling their local Executive Care office. There is no app or smartphone required, as Executive Care will coordinate safe and reliable transportation using Lyft’s Concierge tool. Clients may also travel with their caregivers.
