Mitchell was previously a market manager for Pei Wei Asian Diner, multi-unit general manager for Noodles and Company and district manager for Banadana’s Bar-B-Q. While at Pei Wei, he was ranked No. 1 out of 207 general managers on business metrics and was named GM of the Year for 2015.
“Matt brings a wide variety of fast casual and other restaurant experience to Penn Station,” said President Craig Dunaway. “We’re excited to have him get to work in the St. Louis market to help our franchisees maximize their ROI and grow their businesses.”
