Hyatt Announces Pricing Of Secondary Offering Of 4,000,000 Shares Of Class A Common Stock

May 23, 2017 // Franchising.com // CHICAGO - Hyatt Hotels Corporation (“Hyatt” or the “Company”) (NYSE: H) today announced the pricing of the underwritten secondary offering by certain of its stockholders that are investment funds associated with The Goldman Sachs Group, Inc. (the “Selling Stockholders”) of 4,000,000 shares of Class A common stock of the Company pursuant to the Company’s shelf registration statement filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission (the “SEC”). The shares will be offered from time to time for sale in one or more transactions on the New York Stock Exchange, in the over-the-counter market, through negotiated transactions or otherwise at market prices prevailing at the time of sale, at prices related to prevailing market prices or at negotiated prices. The offering is expected to close on May 26, 2017, subject to customary closing conditions. The Selling Stockholders will receive all of the proceeds from this offering. No shares are being sold by the Company.

Deutsche Bank Securities and BofA Merrill Lynch are acting as underwriters for the offering.
