Baja Fresh® Celebrates Grand Opening of Its Newest Restaurant in Medford, Oregon

MEDFORD, Ore. - July 6, 2017 // PRNewswire // - Baja Fresh Mexican Grill® (www.BajaFresh.com), the fast-casual fresh Mexican food chain, is hosting a grand opening celebration in honor of its newest Baja Fresh location in Medford, Oregon on July 6, 2017. The public is invited to attend the grand opening event, which will be held from 10:30 a.m. to 10:30 p.m. and will include a live radio remote with KTMT.

The new Baja Fresh restaurant in Medford, located at 539 Medford Center, officially opened on July 3, 2017 and is the first location for franchisees Russ and Heather Koehler.

"We are excited to bring Medford its first Baja Fresh," said Heather. "Whenever we would drive up north, we always sought out a Baja Fresh. The food is always delicious and it's always packed, so we knew we just had to open one here in Medford. They're going to love it."

The 2,200 square foot Baja Fresh restaurant features a covered patio, conveniently located at the entrance to Medford's largest movie theater complex. The patio is complete with music, plenty of shade, and even offers infrared heating bars to keep customers warm on cooler days. With 50 seats inside and 50 outside, the location is an ideal place to enjoy fresh Mexican cuisine.
