TruGreen Announces New CFO to Take Company through Next Phase of Growth

Leading lawn care provider expands executive leadership with addition of experienced financial executive Brian Hamm

MEMPHIS, Tenn. - July 25, 2017 // PRNewswire // - TruGreen, the nation's leading lawn care and outdoor services provider, today announced Brian Hamm will be joining the company as chief financial officer.

As CFO at TruGreen, Hamm will be responsible for ensuring the finance organization can enable the company to continue to drive growth, capitalizing on the growing demand for outdoor services solutions that help millions of homeowners enjoy life outside.

Hamm joins TruGreen from Energizer Holdings, where he served as executive vice president and chief financial officer, leading the Finance, Controllership, Internal Audit, Investor Relations, Tax and Treasury functions. Brian brings a wealth of experience defining, developing and executing successful financial strategies for a number of global companies including Energizer, PepsiAmericas and Price Waterhouse.

David Martin, TruGreen's current chief financial officer, will move into the new role of vice president of sourcing and accounting.

TruGreen merged with Scotts LawnService in April 2016, making TruGreen the nation's largest lawn care company in North America. The company launched its Mosquito Defense service this spring and continues to see growth in both its residential and commercial lawn care businesses.
