Newest Scooter’s Coffee Location in Sioux Falls to Celebrate Grand Opening

New Store to Donate 100% of Proceeds on November 3 to East River Foster Parent Network

October 31, 2017 // Franchising.com // Sioux Falls, SD - Scooter’s Coffee, the Midwest-based coffee franchise that has experienced tremendous growth over the past year, has increased its South Dakota presence with the company’s latest opening at 6503 W. 41st St. in Sioux Falls. This opening marks the company’s 10th location in the Sioux Falls area.

To demonstrate its commitment to the Sioux Falls community, this new location is celebrating its Grand Opening with a Day of Giving for East River Foster Parent Network, an organization that supports foster parents so they can better support their foster children. On the Day of Giving, Friday, November 3, 100% of proceeds will be donated to the organization.

“The East River Foster Parent Network (ERFPN) provides necessities to foster families, such as mattresses, bedding, clothes, coats, bikes, and even financial contributions to foster children's activities,” said Sioux Falls franchisee Travis Rhoades. “Often times, foster parents learn of children being placed in their homes at a moment's notice without any prior knowledge of age, gender, or even number of children, and because of that, it's a common problem that families don't always have everything they need at the time of placement. ERFPN can quickly provide resources to further ensure a safe and nurturing environment for foster children. The money raised from the Day of Giving will go a long way in replenishing the items in greatest need, especially as we near winter and the holiday season.”

In addition, in celebration of this new store opening, the location will be treating customers to a Week of Specials following the Grand Opening event on November 3. The Week of Specials includes the following:

• Monday, November 6 - Half Off Caramelicious®
• Tuesday, November 7 - Half Off Mocha or White Mocha
• Wednesday, November 8 - Half Off Fruit Smoothies
• Thursday, November 9 - Half Off Candy Bar Drinks
• Friday, November 10 - Free $5 gift card with purchase of $5 or more
