Always Best Care Expands Services In Southwest Metropolitan, Minnesota

Now Serving Hennepin, Dakota and Scott Counties, Existing Franchisee Capitalizes on Growing Opportunity in Senior Care

November 29, 2017 // Franchising.com // ROSEVILLE, Calif. - Always Best Care Senior Services, one of the leading senior care franchise systems in the United States, announced today that existing franchisee Rick Selvey has expanded his services to reach more Minnesota residents. Always Best Care of Southwest Metropolitan has provided award-winning senior care services to Carver and Wright Counties since 2014. Located at 712 Vista Blvd., Suite #149 in Waconia, the franchisee will now serve Hennepin, Dakota and Scott Counties.

“Over the past three years, Rick has been committed to building a strong network across the communities of Carver and Wright counties, and we’re confident that he will be just as dedicated as he expands his services,” said Jake Brown, CEO of Always Best Care. “He has turned his strong passion for helping others into success, and we’re glad to be an asset to him as he continues to build Always Best Care’s reputation across the suburbs of Minneapolis.”

Selvey began his professional career at Best Buy where he worked for 23 years and held the position of vice president of Geek Squad service operations. Prior to opening Always Best Care of Southwest Metropolitan in 2014, Selvey built his own consulting agency, MMT Enterprises, where he provided consulting services for small and large businesses. A successful entrepreneur, Selvey began exploring investment opportunities that would allow him to help others, which lead him to senior care. He currently employs 65 caregivers across the metropolitan area and is hoping to hire more caregivers following the expansion.

“Since I began working with Always Best Care, I’ve fallen in love with the fast-paced and ever-changing environment that comes with running a senior care agency,” said Selvey. “I was looking for a business that allowed me to help people and I’ve found just that with the support of Always Best Care. I am looking forward to growing my service territory and impacting the lives of those who require exceptional care.”
