Jersey Mike's Subs Opens Second Eagan Location

Franchise owners Brian and Stacy Risch held a grand opening and free sub fundraiser from Wednesday, December 6 to Sunday, December 10 to support Eagan High School and Oak Ridge Elementary.

The new restaurant, located at 2105 Cliff Road circulated 7,500 coupons throughout the community offering a free regular sub for a minimum $2 contribution to Eagan High School and Oak Ridge Elementary.

“We are excited and pleased to be opening another store in Eagan,” said Brian Risch. “Eagan has embraced Jersey Mike’s and made us part of their community. Working with the schools is our passion. Eagan High and Oak Ridge Elementary are perfect charitable partners.”
