McAlister’s Deli Opening Second Location In Denton
New Restaurant Will Open This Spring
DALLAS - January 25, 2018 - (BUSINESS WIRE) - McAlister’s Deli® Dallas based franchisee, The Saxton Group, will open its second McAlister’s Deli location in Denton, Texas this Spring. In 1989, the first McAlister’s Deli® opened in a converted gas station in Oxford, MS. The fast-casual chain has remained one of the nation’s top franchises by being dedicated to genuine hospitality, handcrafted sandwiches, always-fresh salads, giant stuffed spuds, and McAlister’s Famous Sweet Tea™.
The second Denton restaurant will be located at 2200 W. University Drive Ste. 190, Denton, TX 76201. The restaurant is 3,540 square feet and will seat up to 122 guests. The Saxton Group plans to hire 40-45 employees.
“We are excited about our second McAlister’s Deli in Denton to better serve even more customers in the community. Our original Denton location was recently remodeled and will stay open. The new restaurant allows us to meet more of our neighbors in the busy University Ave, Hwy 380 corridor,” says co-CEO of The Saxton Group, Adam Saxton.
The restaurant will be operated by The Saxton Group and will represent the franchisee’s 77th McAlister’s Deli restaurant.
As with all McAlister’s Deli restaurants, the new Denton location will provide customers with a fast-casual dining experience, a friendly atmosphere and personalized service. The restaurant will offer a menu featuring over 100 items including: sandwiches, giant spuds, entrée salads, soups, desserts and its signature McAlister’s Famous Sweet Tea™. In addition to serving dine-in guests, McAlister’s Deli Denton will have online ordering and a full catering menu.
