SamKoo Hawaii, LLC Names Century 21 iProperties Hawaii Exclusive Listing Broker For New Affordable Housing Development

The Central Ala Moana is a first-of-its-kind housing development in Honolulu, in which 60 percent of the units will be allocated as affordable housing. Equipped with state of the art appliances and premier market property, this new project is a groundbreaking development for affordable housing in Hawaii.
