Executive Care Expands in Home State

Home health care company serves seniors, disabled and recovering individuals

August 14, 2018 // Franchising.com // HACKENSACK, N.J. - With an aging population that requires help with daily activities, in-home care has become a popular solution. Looking to help manage the rising demand for such services, Executive Care, one of the nation's leading providers of skilled home health care, is expanding in New Jersey with the announcement of an additional location servicing Southern Ocean County.

The new office at 52 Hyers Street in Toms River, services South Jersey Ocean and Burlington Counties has been open and operating as of early July. With nine locations open in New Jersey, Executive Care continues to expand their regional footprint and provide in-home care services to the aging community.

"Our mission is to provide compassionate, quality home care services to our clients so that they can remain safe and independent in the comfort of their own home, amidst their personal treasures and familiar surroundings," said Lenny Verkhoglaz, co-founder and CEO of Executive Care. "As we continuously strive to be the provider of choice for exceptional in-home care services in all the communities we serve, we look forward to bringing those same services to Houston."

Founded in 2004 and franchising since 2012, Executive Care provides a full range of medical and non-medical home care services for individuals and families to help them remain independent and stay in their home. Services range from companionship and help with meal preparation and household chores to help with bathing, personal hygiene and personal care. Executive Care also serves individuals recovering from illness, injury or surgery.

To guarantee the highest quality, Executive Care requires all prospective caregivers to undergo an intensive pre-employment screening process, including a criminal background investigation, verification of references and an employment history check. All caregivers are insured, experienced and undergo skills tests and continuing education training. Registered nurses closely supervise and monitor all staff, conducting periodic evaluation assessments.

"Our focus and commitment passes down to each and every client and their family to make their in-home care experience easier," said Verkhoglaz. "We carry our name with pride - our friendly and dedicated staff of home care nurses and caregivers provides an Executive treatment to our clients."

Today, there are 21 Executive Care offices open and operating in 10 states with several additional locations in various stages of development throughout the country.

Including a franchise fee (for a territory with a population of 500,000 residents) of $44,900, initial investment to own and operate an Executive Care office ranges between $99,750 and $151,000. The franchise fee for a second territory is reduced to $35,900 and $26,900 for a third territory.
