Rachel’s Kitchen Ranks on Best of Las Vegas and Best of Summerlin for Sixth Year in a Row

Locally-owned brand recognized for Power Lunch, Juice Bar and Local Ownership

November 16, 2018 // Franchising.com // LAS VEGAS - Rachel’s Kitchen, a “fresh casual” restaurant concept that offers a carefully crafted menu, from the healthy to the indulgent, has received honors for the 2018 Best of Vegas and Best of Summerlin lists. The is the brand’s sixth year making the Best Of lists. This year, Rachel’s Kitchen earned recognition as Best Power Lunch and Best Juice Bar on the Best of Vegas, and Best Locally-Owned Restaurant or Eatery on the Best of Summerlin.

“We are incredibly pleased with the honors and recognition we have earned on the Best of Vegas and Best of Summerlin lists,” said Debbie Roxarzade. “Our goal every day is to serve quality, nutritious and delicious food to our customers in a warm and friendly environment. Engrained in our DNA is a desire to make the community a better place, which is why we have a long-established Friends of Rachel’s community service initiative. These honors are a true testament to the efforts our team puts in day-to-day, and strength of our brand in the community.”

Founded in 2006, Rachel’s Kitchen - named after Roxarzade’s daughter - is a quaint café featuring delicious and reasonably priced bistro fare. The burgeoning brand offers a carefully crafted menu - from the healthy to the indulgent - using the freshest ingredients available, often locally sourced. Menu highlights include: Breakfast, Salads, Gourmet Sandwiches, Wraps and Juices. A combination of the walk up, carry out experience and a traditional sit-down restaurant, guests place their order at a counter using a wall mounted menu before retreating to a table where the food is brought directly to them, leaving them to comfortably enjoy their meal and a moment of serenity from whatever stresses the rest of their day may hold.

Having blossomed to eight unique locations since 2006, including a coveted spot at McCarran International Airport, Rachel’s Kitchen plans to open five-six new eateries over the next 24 months. Specifically targeting Reno, Salt Lake City and Phoenix, along with additional growth in Las Vegas, Rachel’s Kitchen is looking for enthusiastic franchise partners. Including a franchise fee of $40,000, the estimated required investment for a 1,500-2,100 square foot location ranges between $250,450 and $522,880.
