Reaching New Heights Atlanta East Staffing Firm Named Winner Of PrideStaff's Mile High Award

March 18, 2019 // Franchising.com // In recognition of amazing achievements in revenue growth, leadership and serving others, PrideStaff proudly named Atlanta East Owner/Strategic-Partner Mike Pred winner of the Mile High Award at their recent Annual Conference. This honor, so-named because it originated in Denver, Colorado, is not an annual award; the national, franchised staffing organization confers it only in years when an office distinguishes itself with a major, "mile high" achievement.

After opening in 2014, the Mike Pred and the Atlanta East office quickly established their reputation as a top revenue producer, passionate leaders and selfless supporters of new offices and their Strategic-Partners. Always happy to assist others, Pred combines a humble attitude with a true passion for his work to create incredible results. In 2018, he and his team: increased revenue by 44% over the prior year; and improved the lives of nearly 1,200 field associates by putting them to work. Pred and the Atlanta East team has managed to sustain this level of success for years. They were recognized as PrideStaff's New Office of the Year for Fiscal Year 2014/2015, and Pred was named a PrideStaff President's Circle Award winner for achieving the highest level of growth for his staffing office and exceeding revenue goals for 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017, and again in 2018.

True to form, Pred was modest when interviewed, stating, "I was honored to have the Atlanta East team recognized for the Mile High Award, as it reflects our commitment to PrideStaff's mission in support of our clients, employees and the entire PrideStaff system."
