Long-awaited Cincinnati Brand Welcomes Lexington Neighbors

May 13, 2019 // Franchising.com // CINCINNATI, OHIO - Announced in 2018, LaRosa’s at 2890 Richmond Road is now open. Located adjacent to the full-service Skyline Chili that opened Summer 2018, LaRosa’s 6,725-square-foot LaRosa’s location includes dine-in, pick-up and delivery of its family-recipe pizzas and other Italian favorites with a 200-person capacity dining room. The restaurant also features a full-service bar serving a full menu of beer including local brews, wine and mixed drinks along with a “Buddy Room” for parties and events.

“Last Summer we celebrated with Lexington as we hosted a Neighborhood Block Party with free LaRosa’s pizza and Skyline Cheese Coneys at the Richmond Road construction site of both Skyline and LaRosa’s. The turnout from our Lexington neighbors was just incredible! The success of that event further supported our decision to expand into Lexington”, said Gary Holland, Holland Restaurant Group, franchise owner of the Lexington Skyline and LaRosa’s. “The block party was also a great opportunity for us to get to know our neighbors in Lexington and for them to get to know us”, he continued. Holland Restaurant Group is on track with their five Lexington stores agreement with LaRosa’s which includes a Southland location that will serve the University of Kentucky campus, Richmond and Brannon Crossing, opening later this year.

While famous for its pizza (still made over 65 years later using a beloved LaRosa aunt’s family recipe), LaRosa’s is also known for its diverse menu of over 40 selections. The menu, which includes calzones, hoagys, pasta, appetizers, salads, soups, desserts and special kids meals, is available for dine in, pick-up or delivery.
