Screenmobile Launches Consumer Confidence Video Highlighting Value Screens Bring to Homes, Families

Leading Home Services Franchise Creates National Buzz with Consumer Confidence Video; Supports Franchisee Network

August 06, 2019 // Franchising.com // THOUSAND PALMS, Calif. – Screenmobile, “America’s Neighborhood Screen Store” announced today the launch of its consumer confidence video. With an overall theme of family time and how screens can create a space for families to create memories together, this video exemplifies the value screens can bring to homes and families.

The new consumer confidence video demonstrates the world-class support Screenmobile provides to its franchisees. The video aims to increase brand awareness and make Screenmobile’s story come to life. Franchisees are encouraged to leverage the consumer confidence video in their individual markets to reach new customers.

“This consumer confidence video shows what Screenmobile is all about – screening and how it can improve the quality of families’ homes so that they can create memories together,” said Scott Walker, president and CEO of Southern California-based Screenmobile. “Our message is clear, and we’re excited to see the buzz this video creates across the different markets. Moreover, the video represents what we believe is the fundamental role of the franchisor – providing our franchise system with unmatched support and resources to make an impact and compete in their local markets.”

The video came about after the corporate team selected the production company, Corporate Filming, who have done similar feel-good, family-oriented projects, to handle the creation of the video; the Screenmobile team believe that something similar would resonate with their customers as family is a focus for the brand. The consumer confidence video used an actual franchisee’s (Evan Grissom’s) home to shoot and included a cameo from another franchisee, Jamie Mejia during the film. The video features a small family gathering to celebrate grandma’s birthday, further establishing the family-feel and importance of having proper screening to enjoy both indoor and outdoor living spaces. Overall, the video further establishes the home office’s dedication to creating strong marketing campaigns that will resonate with customers in each market.

The veteran franchise brand has transformed the screening industry by bringing quality, stylish screens and outdoor living concepts at affordable prices to home improvement projects across the country. Screenmobile’s unmatched commitment to customer satisfaction and convenience is just one way the company makes home improvement projects a breeze.

Screenmobile stays ahead of the curve with superb customer service by measuring, manufacturing, installing and testing screens all in one visit with a uniformed employee. Afterwards, a representative follows up with proactive communication to ensure the needs of the customer are met. This commitment to the customer resonates with Screenmobile’s franchisees.

As franchisees, Screenmobile owners are provided a protected territory, marketing materials, tools and equipment, uniforms and a trailer. They are afforded a strong corporate support system offering empowering training and guidance programs. New owners attend “Screen School,” a two-week program to learn about the franchise’s business operations, goals and values. They also complete 13 weeks of ongoing video call training known as “The Fast Start Program.”

This unwavering commitment to franchisee support has helped the home services franchise grow into a national brand with staying power: Screenmobile was founded nearly 40 years ago.

The typical Screenmobile franchisee is attracted to the opportunity’s great work-life balance and the physical and emotional aspect of the job (i.e. working with their hands and building relationships with both customers and the local community). As Screenmobile continues to expand to new locations, it is seeking entrepreneurs passionate about business growth with a great customer-focused attitude.
