Jersey Mike's Subs Opens First Grand Forks Location

December 17, 2019 // Franchising.com // GRAND FORKS, ND - Jersey Mike’s Subs, known for its fresh sliced/fresh grilled subs, opened in Grand Forks on December 11. Franchise owners AJ Hofer and Timothy J. Hofer held a grand opening and free sub fundraiser from Wednesday, December 11 to Sunday, December 15 to support Red River High School.

The new restaurant, located at 1970 South Columbia Road., circulated 7,500 coupons throughout the community offering a free regular sub for a minimum $2 contribution to Red River High School.

"We are counting down the days until our Grand Forks opening and couldn't be more thrilled to become part of the community,” said AJ Hofer. “To have the opportunity to raise some money for Red River High School while introducing the people of Grand Forks to our signature, high-quality, made-to-order subs is something we've been looking forward to for quite some time now."
