Office Evolution Continues Explosive Growth in California

Newest location will be first in San Diego, and No. 8 in California

January 14, 2020 // Franchising.com // Louisville, Colo. - Office Evolution, the nation’s largest coworking franchisor is further expanding its footprint in California by signing a development deal for a new location in the San Diego area.

This coworking location will be owned and operated by husband-and-wife team, Ritika Sehgal and Saurabh Singhal. Their location will service small business owners and clients in California’s Coastal Region, including but not limited to the Town of Carlsbad, Encinitas, Del Mar, Carmel Valley, and Sorrento Valley. Office Evolution also just signed a development deal for two locations in Folsom, which will total eight locations in California, as it continues to expand its nationwide footprint.

Prior to investing in Office Evolution, Ritika worked in a Sr. Software Engineering Management role at Becton Dickinson, where she specialized in medical device product development and building and leading engineering teams. She is now also franchise owner and director of a STEAM enrichment program focusing on developing 21st Century skills for children. While Saurabh works in Customer Management role in the Mobile industry, building/ managing relations and solving problems through simple solutions. While both husband and wife enjoy the technical side of their careers, they love making differences in people’s lives, something they are sure Office Evolution can provide
