Office Evolution Expands Michigan Footprint

Coworking franchisor bringing its industry leading concept to Troy

February 28, 2020 // Franchising.com // Louisville, Colo. - Continuing a strong start to 2020, which includes being the only coworking franchisor ranked in Entrepreneur’s Franchise 500 list, Office Evolution, the largest coworking franchisor in the U.S., is further expanding its footprint by signing a deal for its second Michigan location.

The new Office Evolution space will join an existing location in Ann Arbor. Though a lease has yet to be signed, the brand is looking at potential sites in Troy.
