National Franchise Welcomes Experienced Team in Highlands Ranch

June 22, 2020 // Franchising.com // MIDVALE, Utah - Keyrenter Property Management, a nationwide leader in residential property management, is growing its presence in the western United States. The company is proud to announce the addition of Keyrenter Highlands Ranch, Colorado.

The Keyrenter location is owned and operated by a husband-wife team, Dan and Nicole Pinette. Keyrenter Highlands Ranch serves the Douglas County community.

Before the couple decided to expand into professional property management, Nicole created a successful career as a real estate agent. After spending more than 17 years as an IT professional, Dan became a licensed real estate broker and joined Nicole in the family business.

“We didn’t have a good source of referrals for property managers in our area,” said Dan. “Now, we can offer clients both products. Keyrenter is also very helpful when a client is having a tough time selling their property. We can help them rent the unit until they’re ready to try selling again.”

“Keyrenter also helps our real estate business when we’re working with property investors,” adds Nicole. “We’re not only experts in the local real estate market, we’re very knowledgeable in the residential rental market. Dan and Nicole’s experience managing their own rental properties in Colorado and Florida gives them a unique understanding of the needs and concerns of their clients. Property management services also include negotiating lease agreements, collecting rent, maintenance coordination, and routine property inspections. Videos and photos are used to document the property condition throughout the life of the lease.

The newest Keyrenter franchise is part of an aggressive three-year national franchise growth plan. The thriving franchise system anticipates growing to 130 franchise partners through 2022, representing more than a 200 percent increase in franchise partners over the next three years. Keyrenter expects to achieve $50 million in systemwide revenue by 2022.
